"I went to Elysian nails for the first time this morning and this was the WORST manicure experience I have ever had. The technician was so careless and rough and she cut my finger almost immediately. My finger started bleeding and she didn’t even apologize or attempt to clean up my finger. This has never happened to me before. She charged me full price and I’m just incredibly disappointed. Picture below of what my finger looked like leaving the salon. I will never return here."
"Amazing job. And I need to say the managers and technicians went above and beyond to make sure I was happy! My first one after the transition in Quincy? I wasn't happy and they gave me a gift certificate but what meant even more was that THIS manager left me 4 vm's and trying to rectify. Responded promptly and no pedicure place has ever done that plus offered me my money but I didn't take that because my nails still got painted. I've been going to the Quincy location for at least ten maybe fifteen years and I always leave 100 percent satisfied. And now that Moon Nails has merge with Elysian ? I suspect it will just get better and better. Thank you for honoring your word and I will definitely be back"
"I had a great experience here! Was going to go across the street but they were closed, so we tried Elysian and I’m glad we did! Super quiet and relaxing, very clean. My friend and I just got classic gel pedicures. I’ll definitely be back to try the deluxe! My technician checked in multiple times to make sure I liked what she was doing. I also love the way they price their services. Super convenient location with an ATM next door. Definitely give them a try!"
