"My entire appointment lasted 18 minutes. That includes washing and cutting. It felt like Doreen (I think that was her name) had a stopwatch going and was trying to finish as quickly as humanly possible. I haven't has my hair professionally cut in years and I regret wasting my money at Great Lengths. I do not recommend."
