Our unique fitness center is designed and led by passionate rowers, offering high-intensity cardio workouts that engage your entire body while minimizing impact on your joints. Whether you're looking for personal training or group fitness classes, Power Rowing provides an invigorating and supportive environment for all fitness levels. Join us on October 6th at Noon for a special charity fundraiser benefiting Rosie's Place, the nation's first women's shelter. Participate in our marathon relay, either live or virtually, with up to 12 live teams and unlimited virtual teams. Live teams can consist of 2 to 6 members, and all participants are required to maintain continuous rowing. The entrance fee is $30, with proceeds, minus expenses, going directly to Rosie's Place. Live teams will enjoy tracking their progress on-screen in real time.
