During the the power outage of September of 2023 that store inside, the atmosphere was HORRIFIC for both the customers and her employees who are afraid of her! Filing frivolous harassment complaints in court if you call her out! So Charlene, here's my review of YOU, take ME to court, good luck with THAT! WORST DUNKS IN THE MERRIMACK VALLEY BECAUSE OF THE MANAGER CHARLENE! I WILL NEVER RETURN UNTIL SHE'S FIRED!"
"One of the young ladies that works at this location is disgustingly rude. While ordering inside, I heard her loudly complain about a customer at the drive through window… complaining about how he placed his order, how he was ugly, and that he “should actually kill himself.” This Dunkin should seriously reevaluate its staff."
