"I love this place so much - The food is incredible, and surely worth the wait. I will say, you will likely wait in line for an hour or more. The employees have absolutely no sense of urgency, so arrive with a ton of patience. You will wait a LONG time in line and a LONG time for your food. A trip to Bistro Box will be a 2.5-3 hour affair, so plan accordingly. Don't say you were not warned!"

"My favorite stop on route 7. I've had the box burger and grilled chicken sandwich. Both options are amazing. Great and very welcoming service. They've got picnic tables and cornhole. If you've got a dog they also have a separate doggy menu. Definitely a hidden gem in Great Barrington."
