"Mike was great at pickup! Got me the minivan I wanted, clean interior (exterior a bit dirty but not an issue) and very friendly. Note that reviews from more than 2 years ago would have been with someone else so it’s safe to ignore them. Also this map location is correct."

"My mom wants to get us rental for her mother's Day Jason and Mike went above and beyond for my mother to get us a great car it was quick easy last minute these guys were amazing they were so great to my elderly mom and just made her feel so special and took the time to let her talk to them they gave us such a great vehicle that we will remember forever if you want great service and stress free rental experience. Also they we so nice when we had to extend are rental. Something that is a huge stresser. They took care of in a minute. Amazing experience would strongly recommend avis at hansom air force base. "I rented from Avis at the Bedford airport a month ago and received exceptional customer service from Mike. My car had broken down and we were in the middle of a move. He quickly found the perfect vehicle to meet our needs. He was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. We will definitely rent from Avis again as long as Mike is working there!"

"Absolutely terrible location. Was sent here for a rental to wait for a different rental company employee to tell me that Avis was closed today (that he hadn't seen anyone there at all that day). I tried calling "Joe" who had a post-it note with "rentals please call" number but no answer. After 30 minutes, I called Avis back who said they called the owner and that someone would be there in 15 minutes. 30 minutes later there was still no one there, so I called Avis back again to be sent to a different Avis location. Absolutely terrible location and terribly run business. Below are pictures of the EMPTY service desk to prove my point."
