Dmitry walked my buyer's through the process, did everything he said he would do and delivered the home on time, better than expected. This was the first new construction home my buyer's had purchased and would do it again, plus they love their home. As an agent that specializes in new construction I was very pleased with the experience. They are organized, professional, responsive and build a high quality product. I was most impressed by their generous allowances, you could tell they don't like to skimp out and try to make their money in the extras. For example, on their standard spec spray foam insulation throughout was included, usually a $10,000 upgrade. Highly recommend!"
