"Worst staff I have ever seen in my whole life. Attitude!! I was struck on the traffic and made a call that I was going to be a little late so I made a call to let them know it and they said 15 minutes would be ok and I rushed to be there within that time frame but reached 2 minutes late and the First Lady staff accepted me but the 2nd one whom I have spoken over the phone came and asked her to cancell it. So rude and so mean!!! I would never go to this location. Very uncooperative staff at front desk."

"I visited Dr Rho multiple times in the Stoneham office and never waited more than 10 minutes total between the waiting room, initial check with a nurse, then ultimately for Dr Rho. They were not only prompt but very professional and friendly. Even though they were efficient with timing I never felt rushed either. I also had good interactions with the staff for check-in and online messages, etc. I had gone for breathing issues with Dr Rho corrected via surgery (my decision based on options he presented) but I wouldn’t hesitate to go back to him and his team if I needed anything else in the future."
