"These days, It is exceptionally rare to find people who take a great deal of pride in their work. To find a reliable general contractor, a builder to build a home for you and your family to live for years and years, that is one of the hardest things. Most builders take shortcuts, and their workmanship always leaves much to be desired. I purchased a condo built by NorthAmerica Dev. LLC in Jan 2020. They had flipped an old building to create these ultramodern, sleek, sturdily built homes, with a great deal of attention to architectural details and esthetics. I have been happy there. Everything worked as expected. For the first two years the general foreman and his crew(s) came by to take care of minor things under warranty. When appliances did not work they took care of it themselves, without asking me to contact Fisher-Paykel. To this day, everyone who walks in the house is impressed about how well built the house is. Also, when I tel them that even after 4 years, I can still call them and they help with some details, for example, with the HVAC or wind damaged roof etc, everyone tells me that this is the most incredible example of builders taking pride in their work. Having seen how they operate, I don't think that my experience is unique. These people take their work seriously and they are proud to own their work."
