"We work with a variety of different professional service vendors for a few different business and private matters. We rarely give endorsements like this. Hire this man! My wife and I hired Tim to establish our estate plan (revocable trust, healthcare proxy, power of attorney, last well and testament, etc.) He also advised us on our real estate holdings and helped us restructure that component in tandem with the estate plan and also gave us general advice and a quality referral to an insurance agent. My wife and I are very curious people and we don't sign anything we don't understand and Tim was extraordinarily patient in explaining the mechanics of our estate plan. He is also tolerant and flexible. As an example, we made a small mistake and forgot to include a particular beneficiary on parts of our estate plan and we discovered it on the signing day when Tim had the 400 page legal documents printed and ready to sign. He said "no big deal" Went and changed it all and re-printed it and was totally nonplussed. We interviewed other attorneys and oftentimes they would have a paralegal or junior associate do the initial call and they were focused on selling their service rather than understanding our context and requirements. Tim does the first call with clients for 1 hour and basically in that 1 hour he laid out the entire game plan and educated us legal considerations for our specific circumstances. We interviewed 3 other firms in addition to Tim, and Tim just blew the others out of the water."
