When they say "Personalized", they mean it: I came in to diagnose a rattling noise coming from my back wheel, and for some general diagnostics. I'm first to admit I'm not a car person, but Rick listened intently to all my concerns, and took those concerns seriously. Luckily, they were able to spot and fix the problem: two crucial bolts missing from a brake caliper—most likely due to improper work (at a dealership I will not name).
