"Poorly run operation. They sent multiple appointment confirmations (including the day of) only to arrive and find out that the appointment was canceled. Understandable that things happen but have the courtesy to call and not waste people’s time. To top it all off they sent a feedback form thanking us for the appointment (which never happened) and when we provided feedback about addressing their automated reminders, the owner personally responds with a rude, condescending email. So much for customer service."

"I had a great experience this afternoon. I took my 4 year old daughter to get her first ever ballerina outfit. The woman cashing folks out, whom I assume to be the owner, showed us everything we needed, measured my daughter and helped us pick out the perfect outfit. Despite the store being packed, she made us feel like the only ones there and she was so kind to my daughter throughout. We will most definitely be back. You can tell this is a small business owner who really cares about her customers and has a passion for what she does. We'll be back!"
"I could not have had a better experience today. Alena fitted me for pointe shoes. I am 31 years old and have never had such little pain getting up on pointe. She gave me extremely useful advice and information, tips and tricks. She provided me with her contact information should I need anything. The selection in the store was fantastic. I especially appreciated that there were larger sizes for adults that don't fit into the dancer's body stereotype. Thank you so much for your kindness and attentiveness!"
