"The experience in just phenomenal and everyone there is very respectful. From the person who runs the office, the front desk personnel and the ladies that work in the back. Everyone does a great job taking care of the patients. They all help you with any financial situation they just make it easy to communicate with them and they do the same in return towards the patients. "I had an appointment on 9/12 @10:00 for cleaning. I came in early. They did imaging and measurements then I sat in the chair for almost 2 hours and after that they said they had to reschedule me for next appointment. They take time in selling their new products that is not covered by insurance like the laser cleaning and the cancer screening tool. I agreed to have it as long as I will have my cleaning today because I have no other time. They said it won't take much time. Very bad practice to do that for your client to lie that they can do my cleaning today. I feel like they are just finding reasons to reschedule me for my cleaning because initially they told me that they didn't know that I have knew insurance and no body asked. And told me initially that someone is scheduled next to me. And another thing is, when I came, the receptionist was not so polite. Not even a good morning at all. She just make a gesture of her hands to let me know to keep the papers with me. I been with this clinic since 2012. This is the worst experience I ever had. I won't come back to this clinic anymore."
