"The wooden boards hanging from the sides of the garage are legit hanging by a thread. Most of the bolts on level two have rusted and snapped and you can literally move them 3-4 inches away from the cement wall. If one or more fell they could land on people walking below and kill them."

"They are basically thieves. We arrived late last night (Friday night) and online and at the kiosk it said 1.50 per hour. We left Saturday around 8am and was charged 57.50 becouse they changed the rates to 50 dollars saturday. We called and they said the rates are the rates. We told them what the website said and there response was ,we didn't get to change the website yet. They are thieves and swindlers, there's plenty of parking around, I would stay away from this garage"
"If you’re going in October, go early. It fills up quickly. This is an exceptional location for a tourist, going to see the sites around Salem."
"Parked here on 5/15 from 8:30a-3:30p and paid only $7.50 for the day. The elevators go straight into the mall, but the stairs can take you directly outside as well. Word of the wise, if you gotta pee before exploring Salem, avoid the mall bathroom at all costs."
