Welcome to the New Art Corridor, a vibrant and dynamic art gallery located at 245 Walnut Street, Newton, Massachusetts. Established in July 2020, the New Art Corridor was created to provide an expanded venue for classes and exhibitions, fostering a thriving art community. Supported by Mark Development and The Village Bank, our inaugural exhibition, the Create Your Own Mural Exhibition, showcased the talent of students from Destiny Palmer’s Winter 2020 class. Our unique space allows the artwork of New Art Center's students, faculty, staff, and volunteers to be displayed in an accessible, public setting, offering 24-hour art viewing. The New Art Corridor is a safe and secure environment, monitored around the clock by security cameras and a dedicated security team, with all artwork displayed using secure hardware.

Welcome to New Art Corridor, a vibrant art gallery located at 245 Walnut Street, Newton, Massachusetts. Established in July 2020, New Art Corridor was born out of the necessity to expand space for art classes and exhibitions, in collaboration with Mark Development and The Village Bank. Today, the New Art Corridor proudly hosts a variety of exhibitions, including our BIPOC Curatorial Program and Creative Process, as well as other dynamic art displays. Our gallery is a unique, always-open space, providing 24/7 access to art enthusiasts. It serves as a venue for showcasing the artistic endeavors of the New Art Center’s students, faculty, staff, and volunteers. The New Art Corridor is designed to foster creativity and conversation, offering artist talks, art classes, and special events throughout the year.
Nathaniel Topliff Allen Homestead
The Nathaniel Topliff Allen Homestead, located at 35 Webster Street in Newton, Massachusetts, is a historic institution that serves as Newton's hub for arts and culture. Originally the home of renowned abolitionist and educator Nathaniel Topliff Allen, the building was purchased by the NCA in 2012 and underwent an $8 million refurbishing project. The Allen Center reopened in 2021 and now hosts a variety of cultural events. Visitors can also enjoy fresh, organic food from The Good Food Farm at The Allen Center. Additionally, tickets and sponsorships are now available for the 10th annual Strawberry Festival.
