No dance experience is needed as we dance along to boy band classics and other iconic pop hits from the 2000’s, learning legendary dance moves from music videos. Don't forget to wear your 2000’s attire and boy band t-shirts!

Jessica Gordon's Academy of Performing Arts (JGAPA) is a renowned dance studio located at 89 Veterans Road in Winthrop, Massachusetts. Established in 2010, we are proud to be celebrating our 14th season of providing high-quality dance education for dancers of all levels. Our mission is to offer professional dance instruction and foster a sense of community among our students, while promoting dance as a true art form. At JGAPA, we believe that every dancer should have the opportunity to shine on stage. That's why we present annual productions such as The Nutcracker, produced by the talented Heatha Forristall. Auditions for The Nutcracker are open to students of all dance backgrounds, with roles available for dancers ages 11 and older. Rehearsals are held once a week on Sundays, with additional dress rehearsals leading up to the show date.
