"I was text messaged at 7:20 in the morning by Dr. Freyermuth’s assistant who said that he could not obtain an industry-standard night guard for me (yet he’s a Fellow of the Int'l Association of Orthodontists?) and that I was being denied as a new patient. This was surprising; there should’ve been no reason for this. It was extremely unpleasant to wake up to. I picked up the telephone and tried to have a conversation with the assistant. She was working from home and not in a professional mindset (I could hear a little kid screaming in the background). She refused to answer any questions as to why I was being rejected. When pushed a little, she called me a “b-tch” and hung up the phone. (ran away/couldn’t face the truth.) I am too good for this office. Even with my MassHealth. I don’t want my health care discussed over text message, and I have the decency to not contact people for business before 9am. Thankfully, I had also scheduled another appointment with a different dentist. When I mentioned this to the assistant, she sounded deflated. People will look for ways to control you. To dump their stressors on you. To steal your self-esteem. Dr. Freyermuth is insecure and not an honest person, and his assistant has no tools. Edit: I see I have erred in leaving this review for the wrong business. I am still giving them only 3 stars because of their response, which is an obvious way to be “seen” as separate of MassHealth. I consider that to be arrogant, and judgmental, and I don’t like it. You don’t really think you are any “better” than me, do you??"

"Dr. Lim is the best! With all the visits I had to make, Dr. Lim made sure that in al stages of the visit I was completely comfortable! All of the employees at Plymouth Smiles Family Dental are all so amazing! I love making my appointments here because Dr. Lim makes it so easy and makes everyone feel at ease during the appointment. I had some dentist anxiety from my previous dentist and Dr. Lim has made sure that I was comfortable during each and every one of my appointments!! Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a new dentist, Dr. Lim and plymouth smiles family dental is the best of the best!"

"I have tremendous anxiety due to an awful orthodontist when I was a kid- so I am very thoughtful and do my research before going to a dentist and can tell you that Dr. Lim is the absolute BEST dentist I have ever been to. The office staff are friendly and thoughtful (and will also call if they have a cancellation to ask if I’d like to come it earlier) and there is the cutest little sleepy puppy in the waiting room occasionally to greet you! The equipment is state of the art, and Dr. Lim always takes the time to review the procedure in advance and answers all my questions thoughtfully. She has a careful, gentle approach in every procedure - from a basic cleaning to more complex dental work. An all around outstanding practice from start to finish!"
