"This place is the absolute worst place to receive care. You'd be better off at mt.Auburn hospital!!!!!. Dr. Juliet nimako is the worst doctor ever. Catherine Moore is the worst non experienced(2-3 yrs at best,) psychiatric nurse practitioner. The poorest bedside manner in history. Lack of respect. Hard to get in touch with or make an appointment with. I would advise that if you need proper healthcare please look elsewhere. No one at this location knows what they're are doing. The push you to use patient gateway to avoid having to deal with you. They don't manage your prescription properly either. God forbid you need a refill, you could die before getting it. The receptionist ask too many personal questions about your identity when you call, too invasive for anyone to have to go through!!!!!!!. The worst place ever. Don't go here for you will be disappointed. I don't see how anyone could give this place any stars with the way I've witnessed them treat their patients!!!!. This place needs to be shut down. The faculty needs more experience and way more professionlism. They tell you what they want instead of actually listening to their patients. Horrible . Unacceptable. This place will continue to go down the drain as long as they have certain faculty working there who aren't doing their jobs well!!!!!!!!!. Save yourselves and seek better treatment elsewhere, you've been warned."

"If you are looking for a place to do a scam with you, this is the right place. I went to this place on 11/06/2023 to request preventive exams, which I do every year, but my bill arrived to pay, where I have the right to have a preventive check up once a year, in short I have a bill $551.00 for less than 10 minutes of conversation with the doctor, without taking into account the exams that are not included in this amount, I questioned this procedure and they informed me that online care does not fall under preventive care, but I did not request online care, they offered it to me, yet I was informed that if I paid in cash and did not use the health plan, it would be a different amount. I would really like the manager Cristina of this place to welcome me, but I didn't even have access to that. lack of respect for customers and scam"

"Avoid. Impossible to get anyone on the phone. They lack empathy and genuinely seem indifferent to patients, particularly the nursing staff. It’s unfortunate the doctors are good, but good luck getting an appointment with one or getting in contact with them. The nurses make everything difficult. I wish payed more attention to the reviews before changing my PCP. I will have to change again."

"I love this internal medicine office; my PCP is extremely patient, knowledgeable, and not only answers any concerns but provides thorough work ups and quick referrals to specialists as needed. I’m shocked by some other negative reviews so had to express my own appreciation. Through Covid we’ve learned most administrative staff are remote, so love the efficiency of using the Patient Gateway online as needed. Whether it’s a question, scheduling, or filling a refill, everyone in the office is very responsive. For calls it is difficult to serve customers in healthcare the old way also due to extremely low staffing and people not wanting to be in an office when that has been proven unnecessary for most roles; so if a call is desired, there is always the option to leave a voicemail for a call back. Or better yet- request one via the Gateway. I’ve encountered a couple illnesses and major surgery over the past year so have seen other providers in the office at times, and all are just as excellent and provide compassionate care. Regardless who you see at this location, you will be well taken care of and all being the exact same expertise, it shouldn’t make a difference anyway. Very happy patient and highly recommend!"
