"Through the fault of the supplier and the fact human eyes aren't perfect I wound up with I guess is pantry worms in the cupcake I bought for my friends dog. I left a review yesterday and they quickly quickly messaged me to apologize and make it right which they went above and beyond to do so. Both Jayne and the guy behind the counter were very nice and apologetic and they definitely won me back as a costumer. Accidents happen"

"I’m so happy I was recommended to this place ! The man at the front (sorry for forgetting your name) took the time to explain to me the benefits of switching my pup from kibble to a raw diet when I inquired about it after purchasing some other supplies, which I appreciated and am happy to get my pup on a much better quality and healthier diet. He also provided me with informative reference sheets to take home. Super friendly staff and my dog seemed to enjoy all the treats and people in there! I noticed the prices were even cheaper than what I've seen at Petsmart (where I used to shop)."
