Meet our dedicated team, including Santosh Karmacharya, who brings his rich cultural heritage from Kathmandu, Nepal, and extensive expertise in bodywork, training, and teaching. Alongside Santosh is Sally McAlpin, a seasoned yoga instructor with over three decades of experience, certified in Kripalu Yoga.
