We loved his original version (shown in the box) but it was a bit bigger than we were looking for and we wanted a blue or purple stone. After adjusting the design, Russell recommended a sapphire and source several for us to pick from in different shades. I’ve bought jewelry, had repairs done, and sold a lot of gold - at great prices. Both Sheldon and Russell are great - very knowledgeable and pleasant. Russell recently worked with a friend of mine to locate and set a replacement for her lost diamond, and was very thorough in his search and sympathetic to her situation. He just helped me design a beautiful piece of custom jewelry – we started with a CAD and he made suggestions and changes that created a beautiful piece that was exactly what I wanted.
