Park Street Manor Apartments

"Buildings are clean and well maintained. Common areas are vacuumed once a week. Lawn/trees are trimmed regularly. On site laundry on each floor a big plus. Staff communicates effectively regarding projects, outages and snow removal. One maintenance issue regarding my AC unit failing was literally replaced within 12 hours. Quiet building with respectful other tenants. Would look to return here should the need arise."

"I’ve lived at Park Street Manor for 3 years now and it’s truly been such a great experience. When I first moved in, Pat was the manager and she welcomed me with open arms, made the move in process super easy and transparent for me, and even provided me with a welcome basket full of supplies like toilet paper, dish soap, a laundry basket, and more! Pat eventually retired and Annette took over and is truly the greatest example of what a manger should be. She has great communication skills and has always sent me a text or a phone call to see when it’s okay for maintenance to come into my apartment as I work remotely. The apartment grounds are very well kept. Beautiful landscaping, the carpet in the hallways is very clean and there is staff that comes to vacuum at least once a week. The common areas always smell like you’re walking into a bath and body works, very lovely. They are also beautifully decorated, so much so that my friends often call it a hotel lol. Plenty of parking space for tenants and visitors, even during Big E season. There is a laundry room on each floor of each building, which is also very tidy, and the machines conveniently have the option for you to pay online through a mobile app, or with a prepaid card provided to you. As for the apartments themselves, they are very spacious. Perfect for a single person, and just enough space for a couple. The apartments have a mixture of carpet in the living room and bedroom, and tile in the bathroom and kitchen. Surrounding neighbors are very considerate of each other when it comes to noise level. Everyone is very friendly, and it is a very diverse community. The apartments are an 8 minute drive from the Riverdale shopping area and the century shopping center. During the Big E season, you’re looking at about a 15 minute walk to the fairgrounds which is very convenient if you want to avoid traffic and high priced parking. Unfortunately, my stay at Park Street has come to an end as I am relocating to a different town for personal reasons, but these apartments will always hold a very special place in my heart. 10/10 recommend."

The property manager was easy to talk to. Loved my up dated apartment. The parking is awesome and the winter storms were always cleaned up. A great place to call home. PM"
