"All employees are fantastic except for this one woman at 4:00 pm on January 4th refused to give a receipt after we gave her $500.00 cash. She said she didn't want to give receipt. Pick it up tomorrow. If you give cash in one hand get receipt in the other. After repeatedly asking for the receipt she grabbed the $500.00 out of cash drawer and threw it at my husband and said she was kicking us out tomorrow. On her own authority. Not a people person. Get a different job. No respect for paying customers."

"DISGUSTING ALL AROUND! Receptionist got mad because immediately upon entering the front entrance doors, I questioned her about the strange aroma as a pregnant woman and concerned customer. Instead of her investigating that smell (as it could’ve been anything), she instead resulted into become defensive and calling me derogatory names such as “ghetto”, as while she was on the job showing a large size neck tattoo and cursing on the job being deranged. This place is the representation of Springfield slums, and for some odd reason she assumed in her ditzy two brain cell head, it would have been such an honor for me to stay there even for a second telling me I cannot stay although I never intended to. Lol 0 stars,"

"Bad. -the wallpaper on the walls was peeling off -strong smell of cigarettes and drugs -most of the night people were screaming and laughing in the corridor and in the rooms next door - when booking, on the site it was written that there were lunches but there were none - there were three of us, there were only 2 towels and when we went to reception to ask for another towel we were refused, saying that it was up to the “house keeper” to give them. - on the site, it indicated super 8 unfortunately I was not"
