"Yesterday was my first experience at this particular place. I went in there with pain in my number 6 tooth thinking I may lose it. The doctor went ahead, even though I could not afford it at the time. Had a test done to see if I had an infection my root. She was so kind that she said to just go ahead and do it anyways and that I didn’t have to pay. My insurance didn’t cover the procedure and it’s $245 due to her kindness and genuine concern for my well-being am going to go out of my way to pay her back because she did not have to do what she did for me. I will be going back to her for all necessary procedures from here on out. I recommend this doctor to everyone. She is The kindest endodontist I’ve ever encountered in my entire life and unfortunately I’ve had to encounter a lot. I recommend them above everyone else I wish I could thank her again, and I hope to see her next week."

"I was nervous going in since usually the dentist gives me anxious feelings but I was welcomed with a shockingly not terrible time. Lovely dentist and staff. I believe her name was Nicole but she was lovely and kind throughout my visit. The dentist was also very nice and offered to do my fillings right away since there was a cancellation. The woman at the front desk (I’m sorry I forget her name) was also so nice. Overall great staff and as good as an experience I could ever expect going to the dentist to be."

"I went in for a root canal consultation in the morning. The Dr immediately determined I needed one asap. She walked me out to the office area and explained the situation. Within 15 minutes I had an appointment for 2:00 that afternoon! They did a great job explaining what was going to happen and made sure I was comfortable during the procedure. These folks were fantastic!"

"I wish I could rate this differently but I had a very troubling experience recently. I stayed at this office because of the excellent service I have received in the past. I’ve spent thousands of dollars fixing my teeth and this crown was the last part of my dental journey. Although I’m very pleased it’s done, I really felt led on and lied too. Besides my bad experience with the dentist, Dr. Desai could have spoken to me privately and let me explain my situation. Instead she spoke to me in front of “said” dentist and hygienist while I was in the middle of glueing my crown and clearly couldn’t talk. She left me a nice voicemail after the first issue but If the customer experience was that important, then the issue would have been resolved. Instead it just got worse. I’ve finished my time with this office. I work so hard for my family, and always put myself last. Fixing my teeth was very important to me, I wish I could’ve had a better experience. I will say, the women and men at the front desk are excellent!!"
