"Worst cvs for the last 3 times I’ve had prescriptions sent there they never seem to have it in stock and I couldn’t get anything until days later . I’m no longer sending my medicines there . They also said they’ve been short stay 3 months ago . Covids over no one should be short staffed."

"Horrible pharmacy! I transfered From the one in Framingham being closer to my husbands new job. They called me claiming my daughters insurance ended in May. Ummm funny I just got prescriptions done in Framingham the beginning of June, so that doesn’t make any sense to me. They claimed they called the insurance company and continued to tell me I was wrong. (Customer service rule number 1 customer is always right) so I called the insurance company and guess what? They never called them and my daughter still has insurance they just don’t want todo they’re job. Then some head honcho, called me and said they will not process my child’s medication….so we now put children’s lives in danger! Stay away from them I have already Contacted BBB and mass pharmacy to file formal complaints! Go to Walgreens or anywhere but CVS!"

"No one ever answers the phone . I am always getting told they don’t have my medications or have refill dates that are incorrect. I ask for medications to be filled and it’s always an issue on their part . Not friendly what so ever or understand or even try to understand. They definitely need more training and more staff .."

"Incompetent pharmacist(s). On more than one occasion I had to watch a loved one suffer in pain because they can't get their act together. I had one pharmacist argue with me about her interpretation of a prescription. She was absolutely wrong and it took the physician to intervene. It wasn't rocket science either. Another time, I had dropped off a presription but they were getting ready to halt all business for lunch and evidently that was of prime importance because the person taking the prescription didn't follow through. When I attempted to pick up the prescription hours later, and we'll beyond the time it was promised, they couldn't find it in the system as I had to repeatedly explain that I had indeed dropped it off at that pharmacy. After their cracker jack team of investigators discovered I was telling the truth, I was told, " We apologize, we've been busy. It will be another hour." In the meantime, a person who had major surgery today has to wait in severe pain because, "They're busy." Perhaps if they had entered the prescription in their system, it wouldn't have been a problem. Why not triage and tend to the crisis first? Unacceptable and unethical. They're supposed to be in the business of helping people rather than acting like we're an inconvenience. I chose this CVS because of the convenience of the location, but I'd rather travel out of the way than to put up with this. It takes several trips to the pharmacy until they get it right anyway so where's the convenience or benefit in that? I'm done with this Webster CVS."
