"So one day I went to the drive-through, like I do on a regular day or week to withdraw a couple of dollars but this day I asked for a receipt and then Teller asked for ID for the receipt but I gave them my bank card already with no ID so that’s where the confusion started Long story short, here comes BettyAnn rushing with negatively out her office being BettyAnn Dagress Threaten me and told me to don’t come back and that she closing my account..due to me saying “every time I come here” “there’s always some new beeeeppp going “ Please just stay away from this branch the professionalism sucks bad . It’s more like we’re in the streets and they holding the money. Whatever they say goes lol If you want respect you have to give it in order to gain it lesson learned..it was The Rock in the trust that got me but you can’t really trust a rock."

"Can I rate a 0 star? This is the worst bank I’ve encountered, especially this location! I definitely do not recommend banking here. If you’re considering, DON’T. They are not customer friendly and care less about client’s personal issues or downfalls in a time of need. Please don’t respond with your automated “we apologize” reply to try to make the bank look good, because on all honesty - you do NOT care. Absolutely horrible customer service and very rude manager. I’ll be sure to spread the word."

"If the Character of Dumb and Dumber had a bank then Rockland Trust on River street, Hyde Park would make a great prop. There is lack of knowledge about the financial products they have, no interest in learning and a disregard for quality customer service. There is no urgency in anything. Sampson has been there how many years and his slowness is like watching paint dry on a hot summer day. The teller Rena is so quick to respond as if she knows everything yet on a couple of occasions had to be redirected as to her misinformation. She is so friendly with caucasian customers but doesn’t display that same luster with customers of color. The manager l seemed unfazed when complaints were brought to her and it was quite apparently no changes would occur. The best one there was Vivian. So if you want a local bank you can trust and get great service then don’t go there."

"24 Hour ATM service, nice little branch up the street from Hyde Park Cleary Square with plenty of parking on the left side and around the back of the bank. The staff is GREAT! Very nice people. Locals in Hyde Park, Roslindale, Mattapan, Milton, etc tend to use this bank even though you can find another one not too far down the road. I been using this bank for about three decades when it was formerly known as Hyde Park Savings bank."

"I came here with my grandmother. They advertise a wheelchair accessible entrance. The front entrance near the handicapped parking was anything but wheelchair accessible. They said there was a second entrance in the back that was accessible, though we couldn’t find it. (It also would’ve required my grandmother who uses a walker to walk around the entire building to find a back entrance."
