"me and my puppy love this petsmart!! they are always so sweet and helpful, giving advice on food and other things i have questions on. i had to return something, and felt bad that i didn't have my receipt, but tiffany at the cashier was so patient, and made sure we found the receipt on the computer so i could return my item. i will be continuing to go to the bourne petsmart!!"
"Groomer completely disregarded my requests and did the exact opposite of what we discussed. The haircut is too short, uneven, and has random patches of long hair in the back. Ruined my dog’s fan tail. Terrible job grinding his nails, they look rough and jagged. Unsure if they actually expressed his anal glands as well. Extremely displeased, especially after discussing the cut and services thoroughly in the consultation."
