"I received two pairs of brushed loopback trousers (sweatpants) as a birthday gift that cost $98 each from their online store. One pair is fine so far. The other pair is coming apart at all the seems. It’s a shame because I liked the look and feel a lot when I first received them. Customer service said I must have ruined them in the wash. But I followed the instructions on the label exactly. Buyer beware."
"Terrible quality clothing. I bought one of their jackets from a department store and within a week it was totally falling apart. Customer service told me they could do nothing because I didn’t buy direct from them. Don’t like a company that won’t stand behind its products. Going to look elsewhere from now on.
