"I make deposits for my church at this bank, and usually have no problems. Today they asked me for SSN when doing a deposit and when I asked why they simply said “because the computer tell me to” and when I asked why does the computer prompt that question she got an attitude and became very rude. I don’t know her name put please improve your customer service to know how to talk to clients better. No need to be rude if a person has a question. Especially if pertaining to their social security number. If you dont know the answer, just say you don’t know exactly but will find out, but don’t become rude and ignorant toward yours clients because you don’t have an answer. Again usually I have a pleasant experience here. I don’t know what happened to the girl there today. Hope your day gets better."

"The transition from the old bank to Rockland was as smooth as could be..of course we whove done things a certain way seemingly foever well some of us may have had a confused moment here and there but very kniwlegable staff wss in olace in order to help forstall these typez of things. "So I went in the bank 02/16 around 2:41pm to go deposit some of my tips And a pay check from work like every other Normal customer. It's one thing to feel suspicious about a customer then having to make a very ignorant comment infront of a customer but Pablo showed otherwise and says " I knew from the moment she walked in she looks like she does fraud checks ." I pretended I didn't hear that comment thinking he was speaking about another cutomer ! But then he says again " that's a Florida ID ? Where in Florida is she from ? " so then that's when I realize he was talking about me ! Now what Pablo doesn't know that I've been a loyal customer for about 5 years. If that bank teller ever sees this well PABLO RODRIGUES I hope you see this and someone shows you that you was wrong about me and and btw never judge a books by its cover ! People today go threw hard times and can't afford to look a certain way !"
