"Worst of the worst windows installed by them, the job quality it’s the worst that I ever seen, they work with Lowe’s and I don’t comprehend how a big corporation will deal with this company knowing the workmanship it’s among the worst in the area."

"Unfortunately I purchased a storm door through my local Lowe’s. I had no idea that they would contract this out to a company as bad as Home Run Handyman. The first issue was that the person who came to measure the door did not supply Lowe’s with the proper measurements. It’s a basic storm door. It took over 3 weeks for them to get the correct measurements back to Lowe’s. Then they finally called me to set up an installation. I asked them very nicely to schedule me with someone who knew what they were doing this time, so that I didn’t incur additional delays. By now, I had read their reviews and knew I’d be in for problems with them. They said they would speak to the owner and call me back. That never happened. They now won’t answer my calls nor call me back. I have paid Lowe’s for the door obviously and can’t get it installed. I have never dealt with a company so unprofessional."

"HomeRun Handyman did a great job in repair my exterior wall. The fix looks great. They are very professional and responsive. I highly recommend them."

"Bought new windows and framing through Lowes. Subcontracted out to HRH. They left almost a hundred long nails on the ground in my yard, failed to notice that the nailgun ran out of nails so shingles were coming loose, and on the second day sent a crew where no one spoke any English. Out of 7 windows, one interior frame has huge gaps and chunks missing, one window leaks and floods part of my kitchen every time it rains, and one cracked badly as soon as it got cold. I've been trying to get repairs done since mid-September. First the ticket got closed without work done--twice. Now HRH is ghosting Lowes and not responding to their voicemails or emails. I'm disgusted by the poor work and the failure to address these problems."

"Then stole my door through Lowe’s honestly it has been literally the worst customer service experience that I have ever had. I called them a little over a week ago they still have not called me back about fixing my door that they installed improperly. The door will not shut without the deadbolt being on but they don’t care they put in their money so that’s literally all they care about. The woman who answers the phones is honestly the actual worst the guys who install the door were pretty decent and one guy seemed really nice but honestly the woman at the front desk is like insane and funny enough I’ve actually talk to other people who have had the same experience and the woman at Lowe’s said she has gotten a lot of negative reviews about them and that they are going to be passing this to people who can actually do something about it"
