"Not necessarily a location thing but their auto loan department is awful. If I could rate this bank a zero, I would. Absolutely terrible experience. Employees are rude and condescending on the phone. I was told five different things; nothing was ever consistent. They owe me money but are blaming me for refinancing my loan—something anyone would do after so many errors on their part. Tried saying I didn’t have an account with a bank I’ve had for 10 years. I would never recommend using this bank, not even to my worst enemy. I don't know how this is a credit union with the terrible service they are providing to customers. It has been nothing but a headache."
