"Stopped in this location today. I must preface this by saying that I find all of the employees to be incredibly friendly and helpful. But, one particular young woman with a joker smile tattooed on her hand is unbelievably disrespectful. Initially I was going to chalk it up to her having a bad day and leave it at that but after mentioning my experience to a friend they confirmed the same thing. That this particular employee is always incredibly rude incredibly disrespectful to the point that if it happens again I'm going to say something to her. I don't need to come to a store and give them my money to be treated like an inconvenience. If you don't like your job quit. The customer is not your punching bag."

"Been a customer here for years. Strongly suggest that you don't purchase anything here but nicotine. I've never looked at the prices for Vapes online but was shocked to see that the store marks them up by a minimum 100% if not 200% in some cases. And they never last more than 6 months. Along with the obscene markup, they have a no return policy and refer you to the manufacturer despite charging 2 three or four times as much for the same device that the manufacturer charges from their website. Once again bought two new Vapes 3 months ago hghat are already broken.and falling apart. Do NoT BUY DEVICES HERE. BUY ONLINE."

"I like this place a lot. Parking can be a bit limited depending on the time of day, as this shares a lot with several other businesses. Coil selection is quite good in my experience, they have a ton of stuff behind the counter. It's worth asking if they have your coil, even if they don't display the vape itself. All my Caliburn and Voopoo needs are met here. Selection of juice is limited, but it's MA so I cant blame them. They've got what you need, considering what they're allowed to keep in stock. Most importantly, I've had great experiences with their staff. The 4 different people I've met here have all provided good advice, seem knowledgeable, and are just generally pleasant. I've had extended 5-10 minute conversations with a few of them, which is VERY out of character for me. It speaks to the vibe of the store - whoever is doing the hiring has their priorities right. I'm happy to have this place as my local store."
