"This place is horrendous! I will never go here again. The woman who was doing my gel fill kept nicking my fingers and making me bleed. She made 7 out of 10 fingers bleed. I asked to speak to the manager because I wanted someone else to do my nails. They spoke in their language and the girl came back & said there is nothing they can do. The manager refused to speak to me. She actually went in the back room to avoid me. Also the fill she did was so bad I had to go to a different place that same day for them to fix all my nails. The gel was lifting and it looked very sloppy. I will never go here again and will be telling everyone I know about how awful this place is as well!"

"My child and I went there for two pedicures and I also got a nail fill. The lady I had was older and complained about the type of pedicure I asked for which was a shiatsu and then got angry when my fill took past closing. I felt very uncomfortable. If they don’t want to do it say there isn’t enough time because complaining is not appropriate. As for my child’s they were quick and didn’t do the full pedicure correctly. I have been to nail pro a handful of times the first was horrible a couple in the middle were ok and this last one was horrendous. I will not be returning and the prices are just as bad as the service"

"I was feeling really sad and wanted to treat myself with a little French manicure. I should've looked at the reviews before I came here but just walked in. They seated me almost immediately and the woman asked me three times what I wanted. I told her all three times that I wanted a French tip manicure with regular nail polish (not gel). She kept asking me if I wanted gel and I kept saying no. She then proceeded to roughly trim my cuticles. Before she got the paint out, she stood up and said "PAY ME". I've never had this happen before. I paid her and she continued with her service. She then started with a base coat and then told me to put my hand under the UV light. I tried to take it out because I didn't want to expose my hands to UV light lamps but she yelled at me to put them back in. She then proceeded to poorly paint my nails and then brought me to the regular nail polish drying section. My nails look so bad and I'm so upset that I didn't read reviews beforehand. PLEASE avoid this place."

"Nail Pro is definitely hit or miss. I've had some pretty good experiences and some not so great onrs. My latest trip wasn't the greatest. The nail tech was a little rough with my cuticles, did a poor job with my dip, and overall poor service. Just last Tuesday, I was in for just dip. While I was instantly seated, the nail tech rushed my color choice so she could begin taking off my old gel polish. She didn't let the acetone process and ended up just grinding the majority of my old polish off. With the dip, she didn't take it all the way to the nail bed or edges, so after just 6 days, I have a lot of growth showing. Additionally, many of the nails have cracked polish now on them, though the nail is still completely intact. Finally, I asked for a matte finish and was prompted it would be an additional $5. I agreed and was quickly disappointed. I left with a polish that was dull and lackluster, but definitely not matte. I have zero intent on returning."

"I went in for a full acrylic set. The first girl who did the acrylic was okay but the glue or acrylic stuck to one of my fingers and when I went to pull it apart it ripped the skin. The girl who did my polish messed up even after I explained. I couldn't wait for her to fix it. I've been here before and it's either a hit or miss. I won't be coming back after this time."
