It was easy to decide that he was the right person from the beginning: he is an extremely intuitive, clear, quick and professional communicator which was *such a calming vibe* to have while trying to plan something with so many details. That continued through to the dinner: Chef Capaldi is insightful and flexible about the pace, super charming and entertaining - he and his staff made our honored guest feel like a celebrity. "Chef Capaldi prepared a wonderful home cooked meal reminiscent of our recent trip to Italy. From the preplanning to the serving of dessert, he accommodated our family's preferences, dietary restrictions, allergies, and timeframe. Chef Capaldi expertly prepared and served each of the five courses starting with the beautifully presented Tagliere All'Italiana featuring meats and cheeses from the various regions of Italy. The salad, risotto, and main meals were delicious. We ended the meal with Italian Expresso and Limoncello. Chef Capaldi was prompt, thoughtful, and left the kitchen spotless. We would recommend this experience to any family or group."

"We loved having Chef Capaldi cook for us in our home for my mom’s birthday! Gianluca and David made it a really special night for our family with both their food and their company. It was a very personalized experience, starting with Gianluca sending us 4 menu suggestions that we got to pick and choose from to make it more customized to our tastes. He was also very flexible in catering to any special dietary preferences we had. We had to peel ourselves away from the tasty, beautiful Tagliere all'Italiana cheese and meat board starter to save room for the rest of the amazing dishes we had during the night. The presentation of all the dishes was amazing and the collective favorite was definitely the homemade bolognese sauce. To finish off the night, we had espresso and a yummy limoncello supplied by a local vendor. Overall, this made for a perfect birthday party activity during a pandemic, and we felt very safe and comfortable having them in our home."
