"We recently used Cape Destinations for our wedding and overall really liked them! They were on time, safe, and very friendly. Plus we met on a school bus, and were particularly excited to have a yellow school bus as one of our shuttles at our wedding...they even let me and my husband come to the bus post-ceremony to debrief and have a glass of bubbly together. It was so special! I'm giving 4 stars because there were a few moments where their service was less than ideal... 1. In general they were pretty hard to communicate with via email and they had rather limited hours where they would answer their phone. So when planning the wedding we had to call them several times during our work hours. Workable but not ideal. 2. Before first look I was waiting in the shuttle with my MOH, and the driver stepped off to go to the restroom. That's not at all a problem and he communicated with us before leaving...except he didn't think about how we'd then get out. So the bride and MOH were stuck on the shuttle for several minutes with no way out except pulling the emergency door lever. 3. Both shuttles were contracted to stay until the end of our after party and then do one more loop dropping people off. However, 1.5 hours before the end of the night one of the drivers said he was doing his last loop so anyone on his route had to leave now. The bride had to remind him of the contract details and then clarify with confused/concerned guests."

Positives: Smooth Planning Process: The planning phase with Cape Destinations was relatively easy and stress-free. Their team was responsive, making it convenient to coordinate transportation logistics for our special day. On-Time Pickups: The company proved punctual for the initial pick-ups to the wedding venue. This was crucial in ensuring our schedule stayed on track, and guests arrived promptly for the ceremony. Well-Maintained Vehicles: The vehicles provided by Cape Destinations were in excellent condition. Clean, comfortable, and stylish, they added a touch of sophistication to our wedding transportation. Negatives: Delays during Wedding: Unfortunately, we encountered significant issues during the wedding itself. The pick-ups for guests returning to their accommodations experienced delays, causing frustration among attendees. This not only disrupted the flow of the event but also led to numerous complaints from guests, which was the last thing we wanted to hear about during our wedding. Lost Wedding Gift: Perhaps the most disappointing aspect of our experience was the disappearance of a wedding gift from a card left on one of the trolleys. When the guest retrieved the card the next day from the bus, the gift was missing from the envelope. This incident left a sour note and added unnecessary stress after the wedding."

"We worked with Cape Destinations for our wedding at Wequassett Resort this past November and they were amazing to work with! Their wedding contact, Brittany, was so helpful in answering all of our questions and making sure everything in our planning sheet was correct. The buses picked up/dropped off on time and in the right locations and our guests said the rides both ways went very smoothly. The bus even made an extra trip for us to pick up guests who had missed the original pick up time. We would highly recommend Cape Destinations for any couples getting married on/near the Cape!"

"Cape Destinations was great! We booked a Trolley for our wedding in October. They were super patient and responsive when we we were collecting information and pricing. Our driver was the best!! She surprised us with a champagne toast after our wedding ceremony, played music, was on time, and she had an umbrella for me so I didn't get my dress or hair wet. It was such a rainy day our photo spot had to be changed. There ended up being a small moment where it wasn't raining so our driver did us a huge favor and drove our Trolley to special place for a quick photo session before the rain started up again."
