"This is a fun hiking spot! We stopped here on our roadtrip back from New Hampshire, which was easy because this is right near the highway. There’s a main path and several side paths, all clearly marked."
"I love the Georgetown-Rowley State Forest! For me it's a little hidden gem. There is a great variety of trails (I got lost the first time!) and the graffiti walls that run over I-95 always great for some photos with pops of color. Parking can get crowded, but I've never had an issue. I prefer early in the morning, and it is quieter then. Great spot to mountain bike, and during the winter months, a snowshoe with your dog."
"Great place to walk or ride. Lots of side trails. A couple of clean areas for dogs to get wet depending on the time of year. There are maps available at the parking. Parking if crowded can be a bit tight. The main road/trail goes over rt95 and is kinda good spot to photo shoot."
"Not too crowded. Small place compared to other state forest. There is a bridge to cross the highway to go other side of the forest. Parking was free. Just one parking place that too limited like 10-15 cars at at time. Can spend hardly 1-2 hours not more."
"Georgetown-rowley State Forest is MASSIVE!! Murmurous trails to explore and it’s beautiful and well kept!! You can get to a bridge on top of route 95 and it’s an exciting view! The woods are beautiful and you’ll always find groups exploring whether riding, running, walking, or photographers!! Great place for family and friend adventure and easy terrain for bike riding!!"
