Cruise America RV Rental

"I will be recommending this location to all my friends and family. This was my first time renting an RV and the staff was so incredibly helpful. They really made me feel like they cared about my family and our trip, even helped us leaving a day early! When I returned the RV, I wasn't positive on how to do everything but they walked me through all the steps and did not come off as annoyed at all. Overall they treated me incredibly kind and helped me and my family have a great vacation!!!"

"I'll start by saying that we did not rent an RV from this site, but I wish we would have. We experienced a leaking toilet issue with the unit we rented from Hamden, CT. This Cruise America in Lawrence was on our way to our next destination and we were told by Cruise America customer service to head here to help correct the issue. When we arrived, the lady behind the desk was extremely helpful. I described the issue to her and she knew immediately what was wrong. I asked her if she was aware we were coming, and she said Cruise America customer service did not contact the location. Despite this, she was committed to helping to resolve our issue. She was extremely courteous and gave us periodic updates on when a technician would be available to assist. She ended up having to call in her manager who was able to complete the repair. He was also very courteous and helpful and resolved our issue. I am so thankful for the level of customer service and the commitment of this location and highly recommend them. They definitely helped us get our vacation back on track. Thank you so much!"

"The manager at the Lawrence, MASS location was amazing. She was helpful in getting additional/unrelated info for the area, provided options that Taylor made our experience. Have only RV’d 2 times in my life and this was such a pleasure. To be able to stop at any point, never needing to unpack/repack etc. We have not travelled peak season (May-beginning of June) so enjoyed the flexibility of where to stay (no need to book in advance)."

"My family and I rented a 25 foot RV from this location to travel cross country in. We had such a blast. Excellent customer service. Johanna was super friendly and very knowledgeable. She walked us through how to operate everything on the RV, and then took the time to answer all of our questions. We even called her from the road with questions, and she was always right there for us. All around great experience. We cant wait for our next road trip. I will definitely be recommending this location to all my friends and family"

"We rented the 30 ft class C for two weeks and drove 3000 miles. Unit was very clean and well maintained. Staff was very professional and helpful with the process. I would recommend this location to anyone that needs to go on vacation."
