"Last week I was at my wits end. My daughter is a hairdresser, and she moved to Florida on me which is fine. She has to live her life but she always did my hair. She taught me how to color my own hair, but I could not highlight it, and I was in dire need of some highlights, and I did not want to wait until October when I saw her so I decided to stop by and see if they would do a walk in highlight and the owner of the shop said sure give me 10 minutes as she made me so happy that she could fit me in that day , so thankful for nice people that will take the time out for you I will be going back"

"Could not been any better. I am now a regular customer and I had my family go there because the people there are amazing. The hairstylists are all professional and know what they are doing. The place is quite and clean all the time even, and even tho the space is limited they have a nice waiting area. Easy to book appointments and their customer service is legit. I would recommend it over a lot of hair salons in West Springfield."
