"Catano performance is a top-notch facility to help kids improve and become the athletes they want to be . Jose has been extremely helpful to both my children , my daughter went to him in high school and improved dramatically as a soccer player he knows how to train kids in all sports , he does one on one training, he also helps athletes who have had injuries such as torn ACL ,meniscus , he has machines that monitor strength and performance, he’s just incredible, he knows what he’s doing ,the whole facility is capable of handling all different kinds of sports and I can’t recommend him enough."
