"First of all, I have been looking a pedriact Dr, for a long time, My Son had to change insurance twice because Dr's doesn't take it, then I found this Amherst Pedriacticts sounds real good, "Well people's let me tell you something"PLEASE THINK ABOUT GOING THERE," My Sonand I when there to take my grandson which he was due some shots and check up, so after the Dr check didn't do the full check upon on my grandson, and after my son said to the Dr. I'm trying to get Custody of the boys, she scratch her ahead and said I will have to checked up on that.Because my son was very upset about it came and told me, then they said I was the Guardian, I truly said I was and I'm the grandmother, and my son has temporarily custody, so they refused care for my grandson, ..also the Manager came over and was speaking to my son and was Rude to him, he was on hold talking to me and she said are you recording me and he said "I'm talking to my mom and you know why this happened because the way this "Manager came out and said I don't think we are speaking the same "LANGUAGE ", My Son felt discriminate and I told him that's is DISCRIMINATION.. And if he is the Father. The law has to change if the father has the children more than 6 months with him they should become legally his, and the mother should share custody of the children. Or vice or verses.. Because This Ain't fair we get treated Differently and Discriminate and tells us if we speaking the same language when we both party are speaking perfectly clearly English... I can't Believe that we are in 2023 and still until this day you still find this hatred in this world.. l"

"Just switched my son here out of being closest, and not even one visit later I’m switching again. The one visit I did the doctor did basically nothing and the doctor said she was the only doctor working. They don’t even have an on call doctor to speak to, only for “emergencies” and I find that ridiculous. Will be switching out ASAP."

"We started bringing our daughter here when we moved back into the area. They've always been very helpful and got us in quickly for any concerns. Dr. Wang is great and always gets back to us quickly when we've reached out via the portal. We've called after hours once or twice for concerns about our baby and they've always been kind and call back with helpful suggestions."

"Front desk completely rude and disrespectful. The only great person at the front is Alison . She has been there for years and has lays been amazing but the new staff are completely out of hand . Someone should supervise the work they provide I left the office because the best doctor there(Dr. Hickman will be leaving soon) but also because the disrespect the front desk has it’s insane. I have been going there for 9 years now and before I went there and it’s is Unacceptable that the front desk woman denied the services to my 6 month old because I was 7 minutes late and assumed I didn’t filled out paper work. If I don’t want to do it online I have the right to do it in paper . I do not know why they are so lazy to do their jobs right but people are leaving this practice because of them."

"It is the poor quality of communications, not the medical professionals who are being reviewed here. We were there for almost 15 years and have had to leave due to communication issues with the front desk. We thought it was a temporary issue and stayed with them a little longer than we should have. Receptionists are new and clearly inexperienced; treated us with contempt and disrespect. Tried to cover the errors they made by arguing, deflecting, and blame shifting. I hope Amherst Pediatrics can acquire better trained office support staff, with at least a minimal understanding of personal accountability and customer service skills."
