"They are very unreliable. They change their pricing-telling me one price and my wife another price. They are ignorant and rude. I notice this more with people of color (my family). You never know when they are open as they do not always keep their posted hours of business. I have picked up my clothes with stains on them on more than one occasion. Every person in their seems to have an attitude problem. While convenient for us, I am willing to travel out of my way to avoid such terrible and dishonest service. My family and I have used this business for our dry cleaning for over a year."

"I have been going to this dry cleaners for years. Just in 2021, I have two wool shirts (kind of expensive) for dry cleaning. I have specifically indicated that they could only be for dry clean, as the labels said clearly, no washing. They came back washed and shrunk to a size. I am not sure if I can trust them to do the right thing any more. Sadly."

Because the dress was lined and had multiple layers it would end up costing much more than I anticipated. Dawn was understanding and patient with me as we worked to lower the price to something I could afford while still achieving what I wanted. She called me multiple times to work out details with me and make sure the price was okay. It was ready a week and a day later, right when she said it would be. Fantastic service"
