"During thé summer of this year 2022 I was looking for an apartment to move into, and in my search I found Highlands at Faxon Woods. The reviews were very promising and the place was beautiful, but I never imagined meeting a person so capable, professional, that offered excellent customer service, always with positive energy, patient, respectful and who guided me through this process. "This is honestly one of the best apartment complexes I have lived in. The halls and lobby areas are cleaned daily and are very nicely taken care of. Joelies, one of the building managers is one of the most helpful and pleasant individuals I've had the pleasure of knowing at this complex! She is so great at her job, and anytime you need anything she is very friendly and willing to help. I highly recommend living at this facility, and I am sad to leave, due to moving out of state."

"I have been a resident at Highlands at Faxon Woods for almost 3 years. It is a great building with wonderful management and maintenance staff. The building is very clean and well maintained. It is quiet and has several amenities, including outdoor patio areas and an exercise room. Robin and Jonalis are fabulous and very helpful and promptly respond to phone calls and emails. The maintenance staff, Bill, Gunness and Bryce are excellent - they respond very quickly to maintenance concerns and the repairs are always fully completed. There are several community events each month and a shuttle to the T. The grounds are very well maintained – flowers, trees etc and snow removal is very thorough and completed early in the morning so there is no problem getting cars out for work."

"Highlands at Faxon Wood is the first community that made me feel home. It is mainly because of 4 things. 1. Location: Very beautiful and a peaceful place to live. You get to experience the beauty of all seasons. My personal favorite is falls. 2. Management: Robin and Jonalis makes you feel home. The moment you are here they take good care of you. They really care for the residents and surprisingly they know you by name and your apartment number. This still surprises me how?? 3. Apartment size and price. You get value for your money. Kitchen is my personal fav space! 4. Maintenance: I never had to followup on the maintenance request. It is always taken care on the same day. Other things to note, they have monthly community events, the club house is available for hosting events. Free Shuttle to Quincy Center. You have to come and explore/experience this community if you are planning to live in Quincy. By seeing the pictures you know how much I like living in this community :-)"

"The management team at this complex is truly amazing. Jonalis and Robin are so attentive, helpful, and responsive - it is amazing! We also had to have maintenance in a few times and they always responded quickly and efficiently. We did have a lot of families surrounding us, and the kids upstairs loved to jump around late at night - but the amazing staff and convenient shuttle service to the T made it more than worth staying. So sad we had to move due due to commute times, this team was the best."
