"DO NOT RENT HERE unless you want to live on an active construction site for the next 12-18 months. Would give it 0 stars if I could. I am currently lying awake because of the nonstop dripping of a leak in my ceiling that has been going on for about 4 months now every time it rains. We had no access to our balcony all summer because this building was originally built in a slapdash, slipshod way so they had to completely re-side it when they realized. Management really doesn’t care at all about their residents. I’d say steer clear of all Bozzuto buildings if you can, but especially this one. The one saving grace of this place is that the maintenance staff are very helpful and friendly."

"I had a tour recently with Bergen and he was phenomenal! Meriel is lucky to have him on the team and I just wanted to give him a shoutout for being so accommodating when I came back later that day with my partner for another tour so she could see the units and amenities too. Bergen was honest about the construction noises and it wouldn’t have mattered as much to us since we wouldn’t be home during the day anyway. The property and units are beautiful. The view from the balcony is nothing short of stunning and I can only imagine how great everything will look once construction is completely done. For now, we’ve decided to move to another Bozzuto property closer to work but we’ll definitely reconsider Meriel in the future. Thanks Bergen and team!"

"Do you want to live where there is nonstop banging from 8 am to 6 pm Monday - Friday? Where you can look out your windows, because you can't open them, and see construction? But you can get a glimpse between the scaffolding of the courtyard you can't use! A garage where you can get custom rust color dripped on your car for only $100 additional each month? I have no idea how the leasing agents sleep at night. In November we toured this property with our daughter, who unfortunately now lives there. The guy who showed us the property, who coincidentally doesn't work there any longer, neglected to tell us they were about to embark upon a 2 year major renovation of the buildings to eliminate mold... yes, MOLD. Residents are currently involved in a class action lawsuit with the building owner & property management. If this sounds like the place for you, welcome to the community cuz they won't let you leave without penalty!"

""It’s like staying at a seaside resort. Without the checkout date." This is how the website markets itself - its the loudest, least relaxing resort I've ever been to, and I CAN'T WAIT for my check out date! Signed a 15 month lease in December 2022 without being informed of a massive 2 year construction project. There's construction noise from at least 8-6pm, 5 days a week. This is my "luxury" view. I can't open my windows (screens were removed) or balcony door (nailed shut) and there's been no indication as to when I might have access to these again. My apartment overlooks the South Courtyard which was hyped up when I toured and now that it's warm enough to enjoy, is "closed for the forseeable future". Disappointed and deceived."

"One of my favorite apartments in BOSTON area. The front and leasing office are so nice and friendly. The view is amazing. The atmosphere here is so chill and peaceful. I live here for two years. If it wasn't for work and I needed to move to NYC, I would have lived here longer. Highly recommend this apartment. Amenities are great, friendly neighbors and staffs, quality facilities, etc."
