"Came in for ice cream for my son who has a nut allergy. Mentioned that to the girls behind the counter and immediately they said “everything is cross contaminated.” I asked if they could use a clean scoop and a new ice cream tub as that is the protocol that most places follow and that works out fine and they said “we don’t have new ice cream tubs.” Rude, obnoxious staff makes for a great repellent. There are far friendlier places in the area so spend your money there instead."
"They claim to be open until 9pm on google. but they’re closed at 7 weeknights and 8 on weekends. They don’t take phone calls when I’m trying to determine if they’re open. Hard to get any ice cream. I did enjoy my baby cone of caramel. The young women working were a mixed bag. One of the managers opened back up us at 8:15 so we could order two baby at cones for which we paid and tipped 150%. The next time we arrived at 720 way before the 8 pm closing to learn they closed at 7pm and that manager was of unpleasant disposition."
