"Tony is the best! I did not know where to turn to get help with my Macbook pro. The screen had been tweaking randomly over what I suspected was some internal ribbon issue. I would've had to send my laptop out for 1-3 months if I brought it to Apple, along with whatever fees would have came with it. Tony was able to look at my laptop, diagnose it, and have a new screen on within a matter of 4 or 5 days. It was a very fair cost for what had to be done and taking the actual price of the 16'' Macbook screen into consideration. Very professional, timely, and trustworthy in my experience.
