"I went to Renew Hair Salon last summer and Julie cut my hair. After telling her I only wanted a trim no angle in the front, no layers and that I had been growing my hair out for nine months she gave me a bob, angles, layers, all wrong. I’m writing this review so late because my hair is still way too short for the look I am going for. My advise to you Julie, if there are already short pieces let them grow into the trim don’t cut it all off when someone doesn’t want a short hair cut. Also, I asked Julie if she sold a heat protectant and blow dry prep and she sold me a used, greasy product without heat protecting ingredients for twenty dollars."
