"Cashier ID 113 needs a personality! So rude and doesn’t even say anything to you. If you ask a question, she turns to the other cashier and laughs right in your face and rolls her eyes. Garage is good and always has spots but the people working the cashiers need to learn what customer service is!!"
"Max vehicle height clearance is 6 foot 8 inches. Parking garage is well lit, clean, staffed by humans 24 x7. Pay for parking on the ground floor at either garage before returning to your vehicle. There are 2 elevators that are pretty quick, on hot days the doors open a little slower. Max rate is $48.00 however it's only $14.00 if your a patient with discharge paperwork, or a visitor and provide name dob room number to the parking clerk."
"Convenient location especially if you are visiting someone in MGH.parking spaces are narrow so if you have ans SUV or Pickup you may want to take your time and find a space that is farther away from elevators or you will get your door dinged. Pricing is quite high but you get a small discount if you supply name and birthdate of the admitted Patient you visited."
"I wonder Google, how does one review a parking garage? I guess all the parking garages at MGH work well. Flow of traffic is one way which is nice there's an upside and downside. And it's reasonably convenient to pay at the booth before you go back to your car."
