"Mark ( my PT ) was working own my soar back for a little bit. I had been complaining that most of pain was on my left side. I had been to 2 spine doctors previously. Mark suggested that the pain might be originating and my hip area instead of my back as previously diagnosed by my back doctors. Hip replacement later back pain is gone."

They explain what's contributing to your problem and go over all of the exercises with you and ensure you're doing them properly. There's no doubt that they have your health and interests in mind and are there for you. The admin staff are also great and supportive a well. I really can't recommend this place enough."

"I'm really happy with the support I've gotten from James and the progress I've made with my back pain. The whole team do a great job and are very personable, responsive, accommodating and helpful. I highly recommend for any physical therapy needs/interests. The on-site gym and salt pool (24/7 Fitness) would be beneficial for additional exercises/training, however, I personally did not use or require them."
