"Overall ok office. Had the flu and while recovering was having episodes of fast heart rate and almost fainting for about a month. To continuously be told it was anxiety. Also tried to prescribe me anxiety meds on more than one occasion when I preferred not to because Iv never had anxiety cause those symptoms. Have to be persistent about your medical needs and direction of treatment here like most places."

"Admittedly, I haven't been there for a physical in a few years (because every time I did I left feeling bad about myself) but was a patient the for 15 years. I was advised by the minute clinic to follow up with my primary care about my illness so I reluctantly called. When they returned my call they were rude and condescending, telling me they wouldn't help me and I had to go somewhere else. I would have to be cleared for my current illness then they would consider setting me up as if I'm a new patient. Why would I choose to go somewhere who refuses to help someone when they are sick?"

"Dr. Lucy is the best doctor I have EVER had in every category hands down; from "bedside manner" to his medical knowledge and approach to wellness. He's super organized as well coming from a patient who has a lot of issues to juggle. I feel very lucky to have him as my doctor."

"After switching doctors from my previous doctor which was also connected to dturdy (who is now retired), I began my physical health adventure with Doctor Vaughn. After his recommendation of an EKG as well as getting my vaccinations again, he failed to mention that one particular vaccine was a 3 step process and stated it was 2. Luckily I was informed that it is in fact a 3 step process and I called for an immediate appointment. I never received the results from the EKG and when inquiring about the EKG, he stated that his system was updating and was down for the week. (just my luck, no worries) Upon scheduling my yearly physical the first time and him stating if there’s no issues I don’t have to check your genitals (which sounds good to me, no issue there) then Dr.V stated that staff complained about how I talked to them. I did not threaten nor did I curse (working in the service industry, I would never) After getting injected with a living organism which needed to be rectified and only getting phase 2 and failing to mention phase 3 was highly concerning. The audacity of the doc to tell me that it was a small mistake was highly alarming. I will be taking my physical wellness to a organization more adept and capable of handling patients. As a young male who is continuing to grow and aware of how pivotal wellness is, I would recommend taking your wellness to someone who is a little more cautious with live organisms and more modern rather than having medical equipment from the 80’s."
