"I will never come here for urgent care again. The doctor who saw me treated me like I didn’t know what I was talking about, as if I was making up my symptoms. She was extremely ignorant. Left there spending 35 dollars and no answers besides “get over the counter medicine” for a sickness I’ve had for 2 weeks. Went to another urgent care after and got what I needed. The receptionist was a sweet heart though."
"Terrible incompetent staff, will say they send paperwork for prescriptions and don't, this has happened multiple times now. And when they do send it in, it is riddled with mistakes, wrong dosage, wrong pharmacy, seriously??? The doctors are nice...if one could stay long enough, I've had 6 doctors in about 3 years. Will not update their information even if you give them your insurance card, they were overcharging me a copay for 2 years despite me giving them my insurance card every visit, never updating my information in their system. Tried charging me a "deductible" but couldnt explain what it was for, just that it was their policy. Thats not how a deductible works you don't just get free money for no reason. Overall extremely unreliable as a primary."
"I haven’t been with this office for long, and I am super impressed with the whole experience. The front desk staff is kind, knowledgeable and funny. The wait times haven’t been too long and the doctors have a great bedside manner along with being helpful and understanding. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for a walk-in/ primary care doctor."

"The entire staff, who took such excellent care of me on Wednesday, August 23rd, as I was very sick with bronchitis, all went above and beyond my expectations of medical professionalism! They were concerned, attentive, and thorough with testing, treating and prescribing medications. I also received follow-up phone calls which was a very welcome surprise. This Urgent Care deserves to be highly recommended."
